However, the cross pin and belleville washers are standard in 304.

Reason is that the 316 is too soft for the belleville washers or the cross pin to work properly.

Turnlock has developed a washer or a "distance plate" in order to compensate several different panel thicknesses.

The washers can either be 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 or 3.5mm thickness (T)

When using this part, you need to install it on the stud of the HHS series, before fixing the stud with a retaining washer in the panel.

Yes, we can supply the part HHSSS which is a spring used on the studs.

When unlocked the spring will make sure the stud pops out of the panel.
