Self Clinching Turnlocks are minature quarter turn fasteners, there are 3 different series:
1) Light duty One Piece Clinching Push and Turn Turn Lock = LOPCPTTL
This Clinch Turnlock requires you to push first and then turn the lock to the desired position, To go back to the other position push again do a quarter-turn.

This small captive fasteners needs to be used with a panel thickness P between 1.0-1.4mm
And a frame thickness F between 1.0-2.8 mm
