This specification covers nonstructural panel fasteners used on internal or external parts of an aircraft. The fasteners meet the required strength, dust & sand, vibration, and endurance requirements.
They have not been individually tested & certified to that norm by an external agency.
Turnlock confirms though that they are suitable according to that use.
