Is there an alternative for the folding bail handle HGRTLFB or MTHTLFB?

Is there an alternative for the folding bail handle HGRTLFB or MTHTLFB?

Yes, TurnLock has developed a new product, namely the Folding ring version:

HGRTLFR-*SK and MTHTLFR-*SK

,

This product has a much shorter lead time than the old folding bail handle.

Specifically the Folding bail has 14-16 weeks lead time, while the Folding ring only has 4-6 weeks lead time.

While still having the functionality of the folding bail handle, the folding ring does have a shorter handle than the folding bail handle.

Here is a comparison of the two technical drawings:

MTHTLFB                                                 MTHTLFR

,

The folding ring handle is available in stainless steel, both in the HGR as in the MTH series.

These folding ring handles can also be used instead of the stainless steel wing head versions,

such as HGRTLW-*S or MTHTLW-*S

What adjustable receptacles are available?

What adjustable receptacles are available?

Turnlock has adjustable receptacles available in 2 series:

1) Medium duty Tiny Housed-series

2) Heavy duty Grommet Retained-series

,

The MOST important thing about adjustable receptacles is that you can use the same stud length for different panel thicknesses.

For example, the panel you have changes thickness from at the beginning of the panel on 1 mm to 4mm,

You can easily adjust the receptacle to fit your application.

,

How to adjust/install:

By screwing the insert inside the receptacle more in or out, you can adjust the receptacle to work with the stud at your specific panel thickness.

After setting the height, pull out the security pin to fix the receptacle.

The securing of the insert in the receptacle by pulling out the pin is extremely important!

,

There are regular adjustable and floating adjustable receptacles.

Very interesting to know is that most are also available in Aluminium, which makes them very low weight.

,

In this video we show you how to adjust the depth of the receptacle:

The following adjustable receptacles are available:

,

There is also a special type of receptacle:

The adjustable threaded receptacle

threaded adjustable

,

By screwing this into the prepared tapped hole,

You need to use locktite to fix the receptacle in which you can choose where you install it exactly.

The following adjustable threaded receptacles exist:

The part MTHRAE428S has to be used with the MTHRNSA nutsert.
