If we supply our fasteners via a customer (could be a distributor), and then they are onward supplied to a company manufacturing a sub-assembly which will then become part of a building/construction, then that company supplying the sub-assembly must CE mark that assembly. If we supply direct to the company erecting the building/construction then the fasteners must be CE marked. This law is not applicable outside Europe!
