What is the optimal orientation of rubber cups HHSSGR for assemblies with receptacles HHSRF33S?

Can you confirm this is the correct orientation for the black rubber grommets (Center-Right) as assembled or should they be the other way around?

Not sure, where you get these rubber ones from? (orange circkeled)
extra rubber sealed assembies HHS

Also the white extra seal looks to be something special, looks to be polyethelene,
Not sure if that will provide you the objective of having a sealed fastener.
